Therapy for Women of Color who are ready for honest support, practical tools, and lasting change.

Build Stronger Relationships, Healthier Boundaries

Relationships shape so much of our lives—family, intimate partnerships, friendships, and even the workplace.

When those relationships feel overwhelming, uncertain, or disconnected, it can be hard to know how to move forward. Therapy can help you untangle those challenges and create new patterns that bring more peace and clarity.

My Specialties

1

Relationship & Interpersonal Challenges

We’ll explore the patterns and pressures in your relationships so you can feel more understood, less alone, and more confident showing up as yourself.
2

Boundaries & Assertive Communication

You’ll learn how to set boundaries and speak up in ways that feel respectful, grounded, and aligned with who you are—not forced or confrontational.
3

Relationship Transitions

I support you through relationship changes with steady, compassionate guidance as you process emotions, clarify your needs, and decide what comes next.
4

Workplace & Professional Relationships

Together, we’ll navigate workplace dynamics, power differences, and burnout so you can advocate for yourself without carrying constant stress or self-doubt.
5

Stress & Anxiety Management

We’ll focus on practical tools and deeper understanding to help calm your nervous system, reduce overwhelm, and create more ease in your daily life.

Sirribi Atanga, LICSW

Hi, I’m Sirribi.

Clients describe me as real and straightforward. I don’t water things down, and I don’t just nod along. Instead, I’ll help you face the hard stuff with honesty, while also bringing empathy, cultural sensitivity, and creative strategies to our work.

I’ve been working in social work and therapy since 2014, serving families, marginalized communities, and people of color. Over time, I discovered my passion lies in helping adults, especially those navigating relationship challenges, divorce, or cultural expectations that make it difficult to show up fully as themselves.
